KD-XH配电网智能化快速消弧选线系统属电网安全与控制类设备,该设备安装于6-66kV电网中性点。在电网发生接地故障时,该设备自动调整电感值,将接地电流控制在允许范围内,使接地点不产生电弧,避免对人身设备造成伤害,同时可快速选线,识别出故障线路方便检修,提高了电网供电可靠性和安全性。

该设备在同类产品中处于领先地位,能获得更佳的消弧选线效果,开拓并实现了一种新的先进的接地运行方式。设备采用高短路阻抗变压器式可控消弧线圈(专利技术)和大功率可控硅技术,配以先进的控制器检测装置,可实时跟踪配电网变化,准确测量出系统电容电流,对各种瞬时性单相接地故障具有极佳的快速补偿效果而确保能消除,对非瞬时性单相接地故障能快速判断故障线路并跳闸。

应用案例

消弧选线成套设备作为配电网中性点接地方式的主要设备选择,与电网变压器(主变)配套安装运行。随着电网逐步扩大且结构趋于复杂,电网的对地电容电流越来越大,按照国家电力行业工业标准DL-620-1997《交流电气装置的过电压保护和绝缘的配合》的规定,新建变电站需安装该设备,已安装本设备的电站也有设备改造的需求。该设备亦用于石油、化工、钢铁、矿山、电气化铁路等行业的供电系统。

目前,KD-XH智能化快速消弧选线系统已经在全国范围内运行近五千套。

Product Description:
Type KD-XH quick arc suppression system for distribution networks consists of a grounding transformer, arc suppression coils, a control cabinet and a central data display. The arc suppression coils are complete with primary and secondary windings, with 100% short-circuit impedance. The primary winding is connected to the neutral point of the distribution network as operating winding, while the secondary winding is connected backwards to two silicon controlled rectifiers (SCR) in parallel as control winding. The conduction angle of such SCR controller ranges between 0 and 180 degrees, so resulting in the continuous regulation of offset the current from zero to the rating. As SCR is applied for continuous regulation and control, such system features a wide current regulation range (i.e. the output current can realize continuous and stepless regulation within the rated current range of 0-100%), very fast response, stepless and continuous operation. In addition, the system adopts the following-setting mode without damping resistance.
Type KD-XH arc suppression systems can achieve dynamic regulation during grounding compensation. Based on this characteristic, the auxiliary small-perturbation line selection device ensures that the failed line can be accurately identified even in case of a small residual ground current.
Currently, such technology has more than 10,000 application cases in China, including such clients as State Grid, CSPG and Sinopec.
