This product is manufactured in accordance with the Power Cables with Extruded Insulation and Their Accessories for Rated Voltages from 1 kV (Um=1.2 kV) up to 35 kV (Um=40.5 kV) (GB/T 12706), the Test Method on Electric Wires or Cables under Fire Conditions (GB12666), the Test Method of the Gas Released from the Burning Material Gotten from Electric or Optical Cable (GB/T17650), and the Measurement of Smoke Density of Electric or Optical Cable Burning under Defined Conditions (GB/T17651). In addition, it may also be produced upon the customers' demand pursuant to IEC, BS, DIN, ICEA and JIS standards recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission ("IEC").
● Scope of application
This product is suitable for power distribution lines with a rated power-frequency voltage up to 0.6/1 kV or industrial plants where there are fixed installations with requirements for higher safety classes regarding fire resistance and LSOP properties.
● Operating characteristics
• Rated power-frequency voltage (U0/U): 0.6/1 kV
• Maximum allowable uninterrupted operating temperature of cable conductor:
XLPE fire-resistant insulated power cable: 90 ℃
• Maximum allowable temperature of cable conductor in case of short circuit (≤ 5s)
XLPE fire-resistant insulated power cable: 250 ℃
• Ambient temperature during cable laying: ≥ 0 ℃
• Bending diameter of cable:
a) Multi-core cable: at least 15 times the outside diameter of the cable; or
b) Single-core cable: at least 20 times the outside diameter of the cable
