● Standards
This product is manufactured in accordance with the Plastic Insulated Control Cables (GB9330), the Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Cables of Rated Voltages up to and including 450/750 V (IEC60227), and the Power Cables with Extruded Insulation and Their Accessories for Rated Voltages from 1 kV (Um = 1,2 kV) up to 30 kV (Um = 36 kV) (IEC60502).
● Scope of application
Such PVC insulated and sheathed control cables are suitable for cabling in control, signaling, protection and measurement systems of rated voltages up to and including 450/750 V or 0.6/1 kV.
● Operating characteristics
Rated power-frequency voltage (U0/U): 450/750 V or 0.6/1 kV
Maximum allowable uninterrupted operating temperature of cable conductor: 70 ℃
During cable laying, no ambient temperature below 0 ℃ is allowed. Otherwise, cables should be preheated.
The allowable bending radius of such cables is recommended below:
Non-armoured cable: at least 6 times the outside radius of cable;
Armoured or copper tape shielded cable: at least 12 times the outside radius of cable;
Flexible shielded cable: at least 6 times the outside radius of cable
